Refund & Cancellation Policy -

Any changes/cancellations done within 24 hours of the check-in date will attract a penalty for a full stay.
Any cancellation done 24 hours before the check-in date will be charged 15% of the Booking amount as a penalty. No Show will be charged for the full stay.

Privacy Policy -

Local IDs are not allowed.
The primary guest must be 18 years old when checking into the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right of admission.
Unmarried/Unrelated couples will not be allowed to check in.
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Hotel.
Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
